It's hard to photograph all the color changes in this piece. My photos will never be as gorgeous as these, but the colorways are all the same.
The scarf was knit with four Noro Silk Garden colors: #201 (2 skeins), #234 and #86. Mostly muted with a few pops of color here and there. I plan to give it to my brother for Christmas, though it's tempting to keep it for myself. I have another Silk Garden project waiting in the wings, though, so maybe that will keep my knitting mojo going!

Hooray! It's gorgeous! You're brother will love it! Aren't they fun? And the color combinations are endless. I just wish they could be a bit longer and still have enough yarn for tassles.
The scarf turned out beautifully. You've made me want to rush out and buy some Silk Garden!
wow it came out so wonderfully!! I love Noro Silk Garden!! I want to make this but I have been knitting noro FO's for the past few months so I need to take a break. Once the hiatus is up, this scarf is definitely on the list!
Just fabulous! The colors work so well together.
I think it is gorgeous! That was quick! I so need to start one of those for ME!!!
Oh, doesn't that scarf look enticingly delicious!
I am cracking up! I think we must be on the same wavelength. I found the Noro scarf Tuesday at Brookland tweed and immediately ran to Twist to pick up some yarn! Isn't it wonderful?
I'm now about 24 inches into it, and loving every minute of it!
Looks great!
