Winter beauty

Yesterday was a warm, sun-filled day, so I decided to venture into the back yard to see what I might find. Turns out there are beautiful things to see even in the dead of winter.

Winter's fruit

Much colder temperatures and perhaps a little snow are headed our way this weekend, so I'll be seeking inspiration indoors instead of out. Hope you find something lovely to savor this weekend, too!

We've got milder weather today and then it's going to turn frigid again tomorrow afternoon. I'm ready for spring!

Wish we had snow, it's really hot here in Sydney.

Your photography is beautiful, just like your blog and your knitting.
I just went to check, yes it was Malabrigo (my first) i bought at that recent yarn sale. I'm making those mitts. They just look so good in that post!
