Think pink

In my search for new things to knit and felt, I recently came across this.

How fun are these birds? I have no idea what you do with a felted pink flamingo...but I love the originality. If you love them, too, you can make one--or a flock--with this new pattern from Fiber Trends. (And I can't take credit for these birds...this is the photo from the front of the pattern!)

Maybe we can replace the plastic pink icon with a new felted version across the lawns of America!

Leslie! Those flamingos are so cute! I have a friend in Florida and I'm going to have to make one for her!! Have you seen the pattern? Is it difficult? BTW, I made another buttonhole bag yesterday. The beat goes on!

Those are hilarious. HIL-AR-IOUS! What on earth will they come up with next? (For Jimmi's sake, I hope they come up with a felted lobster! LOL!)

Hi Leslie;

Had to post, I did a search for Fiber Trends flamingo to see what came up and found your site. I designed the birds 'cause a member of my knit group kept begging for one. Found it so amazing that you not only posted this 'review', but did so on my birthday! What a present. Thanks - Debbie
