On the third row, start using your second color and knit two rows in the established pattern. After two rows, you'll pick up the first color (which remained attached and carried up the side) and knit another two rows. Continue until you run out of yarn, then add in another skein of your MC and the third color. Also, slip the first and last stitch of the second row each time.
